Being raised deeply engrained in the sport of professional rodeo, Kassidy has always valued the connections and relationships this industry brings.

With a diverse background from being a WPRA cardholder, rodeo queen, to working for companies in the western industry and managing endorsee programs, Kassidy developed a love for connecting brands with the right athletes.

At a time of transition, Kassidy decided to take the leap and start Rodeo Relations LLC. A company founded on her love of establishing strong relationships, and connecting people.

“If professional athletes in the NFL, MLB, NBA have agents, why do rodeo athletes not have them?”

Kassidy saw a need to serve both contestants and the companies that support them.

Now Rodeo Relations has a roster of star studded clients and has made countless relationships with brands.

“Our goal is to serve the brands as much as it is our clients (the athletes). We want to bring their brand recognition and help them grow. I may work for the athletes, but in my mind it’s a two way street.”
